ANNOUCEMENT

Due date for tuition fee payment and payment methods for the academic year 2025-2026 for international students

 

 

Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy announces the tuition fee payment due date for all international students studying at the university, specifically as follows:

1. Students enrolled in the academic year 2022 – 2023, 2023 – 2024, 2024 – 2025 round 1 and round 2

- Students pay tuition fees in 3 semesters. The tuition fee for each semester is : 39.966.6667  VND/student/semester.

Tuition Fee Payment due date for each semester:

                      +  Semester 1: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on November 30th, 2025.

                      + Semester 2: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on March 30th, 2026.

                      + Semester 3: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on July 30th, 2026.

- Students can choose to pay the annual tuition fee for the whole academic year: 119.900.000 VND/student. The due date for the annual payment is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on November 30th, 2025.

2. Students enrolled in the academic year 2025 - 2026:

- Students pay tuition fees in 3 semesters. The tuition fee for each semester is 39.966.6667 VND/student/semester.

          Tuition Fee Payment due date for each semester:

+ Semester 1: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on November 30th, 2025.

+ Semester 2: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on March 30th, 2026.

+ Semester 3: due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on July 30th, 2026.

- Students can choose to pay the annual tuition fee of 119.900.000 VND/student for the whole academic year.

• Specifically for students enrolled in the 2025-2026 academic year: Students can pay the entire tuition fee for the entire program, which is 719.400.000 VND/student. The due date is 24:00 (Vietnam time zone) on February 27th, 2026.

3. Students having courses deleted due to tuition debt, students with re-registration

 - Students who owe tuition for the previous academic year, have courses deleted or re-register will have their tuition fees charged according to the current academic year tuition fee regulations.

4. Extension of Tuition Fee Payment

- Students facing financial difficulties or unexpected circumstances are obliged to submit an application to extend the tuition fee payment deadline, along with a confirmation from local authorities, explaining the reason and committing to a new payment date for the University to consider. The application must be submitted directly to the Student Affairs Office at least two weeks before the original payment deadline. Students are not allowed to extend the payment deadline for two consecutive semesters.

5. Students with overdue tuition fee Payment

- Students who fail to pay tuition fees by the due date and do not submit an extension application  according to the regulations will be subject to the following disciplinary actions:

- Students who have not completed the payment of tuition fees will have their registered courses for the semester with outstanding fees canceled, including courses that have already been completed

- Students will have their training points deducted during the semester of tuition debt ( content 2 - score sheet for evaluating student training results) in the following  semester.

- Students who repeatedly fail to pay tuition fees without a valid reason will be subject to disciplinary actions ranging from warnings to expulsion (disciplinary actions will be taken in accordance with the student conduct regulations of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy).

6. Payment methods

Required Information for Transfer: Student's full name and student ID.

For students who have already made a tuition payment, if there is a difference in the exchange rate during the transfer process, the Finance and Accounting Department will notify the student to pay the remaining balance in cash (a cash invoice will be issued as per regulations).

Students are required to complete the tuition payment process by the specified deadline. After this deadline, the university will not handle any delayed payment cases due to reasons such as incorrect transfer information or bank transfer violations.

Students are requested to strictly follow this announcement. After the above time, students who have not completed their tuition payment will be handled according to the regulations.

This notice applies to all international students studying at the University.

Note: Students are responsible for ensuring that their tuition payments are made on time. The University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Can Tho will not process any late payments, such as cases where payments have been made but with incorrect information or due to violations of bank transfer regulations.
