CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY ORGANIZED “SHARING EXPERIENCE IN UNIVERSITY MANAGEMENT UNDER INDEPENDENT MECHANISM” CONFERENCE AT HAI DUONG MEDICAL TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY

During this meeting, current experiences and management models applied at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy were presented by the speakers. The main topics of the presentations revolved around university management models, strategic management, key performance indicators (KPIs/PIs), faculty classification assessment, Kanban and Trello.

Both delegations had the opportunity to learn about their counterparts’ training facilities and engage in discussions, sharing experiences in university management within a comprehensive independent framework.

Additionally, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy delegation visited the infrastructures, laboratories, and the Center for Pharmaceutical Research and Business at Hai Duong Central College of Pharmacy.
