Fulbright’s Scholarship

The Fulbright Master’s Program provides approximately 20 fully funded scholarships each year for Vietnamese citizens to pursue a master’s degree at universities in the United States. The scholarship covers full tuition, monthly living allowance, health insurance, and round-trip airfare. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree, have at least two years of professional work experience, and meet the program’s English language requirements. The program supports study in most academic fields, except medicine, dentistry, and nursing, and aims to foster mutual understanding through educational and cultural exchange. The scholarship covers monthly stipend, health insurance, and round-trip airfare between Vietnam and the United States. Applicants must be Vietnamese citizens currently enrolled in a PhD program in Vietnam and demonstrate sufficient English proficiency.
