There, Professor Yukio KATO – Head of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Kanazawa University – gave the delegation an overview of the university's pharmaceutical training orientation, which strongly emphasizes applied research and the development of new pharmaceutical technologies. The modern laboratories and the training model that emphasizes practical application made a deep impression on the delegation. In particular, the emphasis on developing independent research capabilities for students was highly appreciated by the delegation members, and they also hope to learn from and apply this at CTUMP in the future.
