This webinar series offers an introduction to Germany’s world of research excellence. Participants will have the opportunity to meet official representatives from leading German research and research funding institutions, including the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH), the Max Planck Society (MPG), the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (FhG), and the Leibniz Association.
We are pleased to invite you to join the German Research Day Webinar Series 2026, with three online events organised by DAAD Indonesia and supported by DAAD Vietnam.
This webinar series offers an introduction to Germany’s world of research excellence. Participants will have the opportunity to meet official representatives from leading German research and research funding institutions, including the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH), the Max Planck Society (MPG), the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft (FhG), and the Leibniz Association.
The series will provide direct insights from these institutions and highlight pathways for academic careers, research funding opportunities, and international research cooperation with German partners. Across all three sessions, opportunities for both individual researchers and institutional partnerships will be explored.
