Workshop on research collaboration and scientific article writing skills (july 02nd, 2018)

On July 2nd, 2018, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) and Assoc.Prof. Nghiem Doan (Queensland University, Australia), Prof. Vo Van Toi (International University - Vietnam National Universities at Ho Chi Minh City), Assoc.Prof. Huynh Quyet Thang (Former Director of Can Tho Oncology Hospital) held “Workshop on Research collaboration and scientific article writing skills”. Participants were 68 CTUMP lecturers and Ph.D. students.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) and Vietnam Dordogne Health Association – French (28th May 2018)

After the meeting, discussion, and agreement on the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Vietnam Dordogne Health Association on 25th May 2018, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) has solemnly held a MOU signing ceremony between the two sides on 28th May 2018.

On 15 November 2016, the Delegation from Riverside City paid a visit at CTUMP in working plan of the People's Committee of Can Tho city. The delegation included Assoc.Prof. Vien Doan – Chairman of Can Tho-Riverside twinned cities program, Assoc.Prof. Kelechi Kalu, Vice-Rector of Iniversity of California Riverside (UCR).

On September 9th 2016, the Delegation from IPSAC VN, U.S.A paid a visit at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP). The delegation was presented by 4 lecturers from Illinois University, U.S.A on emergency medicine, pediatric intensive care, and nursing: Dr. Girish Deshpande, Dr. Sara Krzyzaniak, Mr. Toufic Khairallah, Ms. Ginger Barton and 4 volunteers - interpreters.

Can Tho University of and Pharmacy (CTUMP) welcomed the Delegation from Medical Education Exchange Teams (MEET) and University of Washington, U.S.A

During the week 04 – 08 April 2016, 16 members of the Delegation from Medical Education Exchange Teams (MEET) and University of Washington (UW), U.S.A visited and worked at CTUMP. The Delegation included Prof.Dr. Rob Gertler; MEET Team Leader, an anesthesiologist; Prof. Dr Richard Veith, the UW representative, former chairman of Psychiatry; Prof. Dr Hubert Vesselle, Director of Nuclear Medicine; Prof. Lynne Robins, Director of Medical Education; other professors, doctors, nurses and social workers in Anaesthesiology, Psychiatry, Imaging diagnosis, Nuclear medicine, Operating room nursing, Medical teaching methodology, and Conversational English.
