MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) SIGNING CEREMONY BETWEEN UNIVERSITY OF WASHINGTON AND CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY

JACKSON, Dr. Steven T. DUKE, with the attendance of Mr. Robert T. CONNOLLY – Crossroads Association, Viet Nam; Dr. LE Van Lam – Head of International Cooperation Office of Can Tho University. The meeting was successfully completed.
