ONLINE SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE WITH THE TOPIC “STATUS REPORT ON RHEOENCEPHALOGRAPHY (REG) STUDIES”
With the current complicated development of the COVID-19 pandemic in Vietnam and across the world in order to facilitate adaptation to changing pandemic situation, to promote scientific research and international cooperation activities among lecturers and students, the Faculty of Medicine, the Department of Physiology and the Medical English Speaking Club (MESC), with approval from the Rector Board and the Office of Science – Technology and External Relations, hosted this virtual Scientific Conference.

MEET SCHOLARSHIPS AWARD CEREMONY FOR STUDENTS FROM CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY
In the afternoon of November 26th, 2021, at Lecture room 01, Faculty of Medicine, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy successfully held the scholarships award ceremony sponsored by MEET organization, USA for Vietnamese and Cambodian students studying at the University affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) BETWEEN CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY AND VAN LANG UNIVERSITY
On December 2nd, 2021 Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) officially held an online signing ceremony of memorandum of understanding (MOU) between CTUMP and Van Lang University (VLU). The event is a monumental milestone and the premise for collaborative relationship between two faculties of odonto-stomatology of two universities in the future.

Pham Dac Phu (Medical student Course 42 at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy) was excellently selected to participate in the 2020-2021 Global Undergraduate Exchange Program for Fall Academic Semester (from September 1 to December 23, 2021) at University of Minnesota, USA.

ONLINE MEETING IMPLEMENTING RESEARCH IN COOPERATION WITH NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY, USA
On November 25th, 2021, the Faculty of Public Health held an online scientific meeting with experts from Nova Southeastern University (NSU Florida), United States. This event was set to further international integration and raise the professional capability of lecturers of the faculty. The meeting offered an opportunity for research, academic and communication skill development, as well as forwarding missions in science and technology.

MAIN ACTIVITIES CTUMP-ERS CAN JOIN IN THE PROCESS OF INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION AND COOPERATION
On November 14, 2021, within the framework of the Workshop "English and the importance of English for CTUMP staff, post- and under-graduate students", Dr. NGUYEN Thang, Deputy Head of the Office of Science, Technology and External Relations, gave a speech to introduce the international exchange opportunities and foreign internship opportunities of CTUMP students. It highlighted main activities that students can participate in the process of international integration and cooperation.

THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR AND THE AWARDING CEREMONY OF THE DECISION TO APPOINT THE VICE RECTORS OF CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY
The 2020-2021 school year of the whole country in general and Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy in particular has just ended with many difficulties. The fight against the COVID-19 pandemic rages on as teachers and students struggle to complete the mission of teaching and learning. However, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy has overcome difficulties and achieved the 2020-2021 school year goals.
